Three-Year Limited Warranty
Optcore warrants to the original customer or purchaser that each of its fiber optic products, and all components thereof, will be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of three years from the original factory shipment date. Any warranty hereunder is extended to the original consumer or purchaser and is not assignable.  Optcore makes no express or implied warranties including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly set forth in this warranty. In no event shall Optcore be liable for incidental or consequential damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the performance of the product delivered hereunder. Optcore will in no case cover damages arising out of the product being used in a negligent fashion or manner.
 
 
Returns 
Requirements
The customer or buyer must obtain a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Optcore for all product returns. RMAs will be issued in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
The customer must provide all information as required by Optcore for all returns, i.e. location of product, reason for return, purchase order number.
RMAs are valid for 20 calendar days from the date of issuance.
Purchaser must allow for in-transit time for products to be returned to the Optcore, as the Optcore must physically receive the products within the 20 calendar days.
RMAs will be issued for authorized returns under one of the following categories: (i) defective products, (ii) shipping discrepancies, (iii) mis-shipment, or (iii) damaged product.
The customer or buyer is responsible for ensuring that the RMA number is clearly visible on the address label of the product packaging when it is returned.
Optcore will refuse delivery of any boxes without a valid, clearly visible RMA number as noted above.
 
Defective Product Returns
Defective returns are only for products purchased from Optcore that are inoperable or do not function in accordance with the specifications and are covered under the warranty.
All defective returns may be subject to more restrictive policies. The customer or buyer may request an RMA for the return of defective products, excluding special order products, within 30 calendar days of invoice date. Upon receipt of the defective product for which the RMA was issued, Optcore may test the products and may return to the customer or buyer, at the customer's expense, any products found not to be defective. Upon verification that the returned product is defective, Optcore may will either (i) repair the defective Product, (ii) ship the customer/buyer a replacement product, or (iii) provide the customer/buyer a credit.
